03Why we process it
Every purpose below rests on a lawful basis permitted by the PDPL. We collect only what the purpose requires.
| Purpose | Data used | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry | Name, contact details, message | Your consent, and steps taken at your request before a contract |
| Providing and administering our services | Identification, contact, business data | Performance of a contract |
| Operating and securing the website | Technical and usage data | Our legitimate interest in a secure, working service |

| Legal and record-keeping obligations | As the obligation requires | Compliance with a legal obligation |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we assess in advance that our interest does not override your rights and freedoms.
04Whether you have to provide it
Providing your data is voluntary. If you leave out a field marked as required, we may not be able to answer your enquiry or deliver the service you asked for. Optional fields are marked as optional.
05Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We disclose it only to:
- Service providers acting on our behalf — hosting (———), email and customer management (———), and analytics (———). Each is bound by a written agreement to process data only on our instructions and to apply appropriate security measures.
- Competent government and regulatory authorities, where disclosure is required by law or judicial order, or to protect public safety or vital interests.
- Professional advisers such as auditors and legal counsel, under a duty of confidentiality.
06Transfers outside the Kingdom
Your personal data is stored and processed within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
07Cookies
We use cookies to run the site, and — with your consent — to understand how it is used.
| Category | Purpose | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security, session management, remembering your cookie choice | Not required |
| Analytics | Measuring traffic and improving content | Required |
| Marketing | Measuring campaigns and showing relevant content | Required |
Non-essential cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clearing cookies in your browser. Refusing them does not limit your access to the site.
08How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as the purpose requires, or as long as the law requires.
| Data | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Contact and enquiry records | 24 months from last contact |
| Customer and contract records | 10 years |
| Marketing consent records | Until withdrawal, plus 12 months |
| Server logs | 12 months |
| Analytics data | 14 months |
At the end of the period, data is securely destroyed or irreversibly anonymized.
09How we protect it
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards: encryption of data at rest and in transit, role-based access control, secure transfer channels, logging and monitoring, vulnerability assessment, and backup and recovery controls. Access is limited to staff who need it for their role, all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations and trained on privacy requirements.
10Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to:
- Be informed — to know the legal basis and purpose for collecting your data.
- Access — to see the personal data we hold about you.
- Obtain a copy — in a readable, commonly used electronic format.
- Correct — to have inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data fixed, completed, or updated.
- Destroy — to have your data deleted once it is no longer needed for its purpose, subject to any legal retention requirement.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, where processing rests on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
Making a request
Write to ——— or call ———. We may ask for information to verify your identity first.
We respond within 30 days of receiving your request. If the request is complex, or if we receive an unusually high number of requests, we may extend by a further 30 days and will tell you why. If we cannot fulfil a request in whole or in part, we will explain the reason and how to escalate. Exercising your rights is free.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we handled your data or your request, you may complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) at sdaia.gov.sa.
11Data breaches
If a breach occurs that could harm your data or you, we notify SDAIA within the period the PDPL and its Implementing Regulations require, and we notify you without undue delay where the breach is likely to cause serious harm.
12Automated decisions
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects for you, or that affects you in a similarly significant way.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version number and date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced on this page. Where a change requires your consent, we will ask before applying it.
